Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

30-day money-back guarantee

If MarkCluster isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Because your license key is delivered right away, Paddle's checkout asks you to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you then lose this right.

You don't need to rely on it: the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to every purchase, whether or not you still have a statutory right of withdrawal. To withdraw or ask for a refund, send a clear statement — for example through paddle.net or by email as described below.

How to request a refund

• Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you used, and request a refund; or
• write to [email protected] with your order number.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

When a refund is issued, the license key for that order is deactivated, and MarkCluster returns to the trial state on your computers (viewing, searching and exporting notes keeps working). Your notes are never affected.

After 30 days

We may still help in exceptional cases — just ask. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
